Using our Lyngoz Portal

Summary

Our AVAZA Lyngoz Video Remote Interpreting Portal is a safe and secure platform to facilitate communication between our clients, LEP, and SLU individuals.

Video Sessions

We designed this portal to be as accessible as possible. Here is how our service works.

The interpreter creates a session and then shares the link with the Client and other individuals as necessary.

- Clients and individuals can access the link at any time but will remain in the lobby and unable to communicate until the interpreter starts a session.
Our service behaves similarly to Zoom, Skype, and Google Meet. The interpreter has moderator status and may assign priveledges such as screen sharing, allowing others into the meeting, or other options per the needs of the client.
